Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999), and Josie and the Pussycats (2001), and in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. This series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) she is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are a stand-up comedian and a social worker. She is part-Italian. Cook first was featured in a public service announcement for foster care at the age of seven of age. She then began her career as a child print model at the age of 10 years old, appearing in national ads for Target and on milk-bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
